Food Science

Food Science is generally referred to as the scientific study of food and food products. Food Science courses require students to draw upon many disciplines such as chemistry, microbiology  and nutrition. Accessing CSULB Library databases from off campus

To access the CSULB databases off campus, you must have a BeachID (MyCSULB) and password. You can login in the upper right hand corner after searcing in OneSearch.
