Guidelines for the ENGR 101 term paper

Basic format for books

 

Author last name, First initial. (Year of publication). Book title: Capitalize first letter of title and subtitle. City, State: Publisher.

Book with one author

Xie, M. (2003). Fundamentals of robotics: linking perception to action. River Edge, N.J : World Scientific   

     Publications.

Book with two authors

 Okuda, M., & Okuda, D. (1993). Star trek chronology: The history of the future. New York, NY: Pocket Books.

Three or more authors

Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven Authors:

Last Name, Initials, Last Name, Initials, & Last Name, Initials.   

 Example: Johnson, C. V., Ury, C. J., & Meldrem, J. P. (Eds.).

Eight or More Authors:

Include the first six authors' names, then insert three ellipses (...) followed by the last author's name. 

Example: Mardis, L. F., Baudino, F. D., Johnson, C. V., Wyat, P. C., Meldrem, J. P., Ury, C. J., ...Park, S.

Rest of the format is the same.

Chapter in a book

Electronic book
