A number of standards organizations have made some of their standards related to PPE, ventilators, etc. available for free in read-only format during the pandemic to facilitate manufacturing and testing. In addition, some resources, like the WHO standards, are always free.
Please note that those affiliated with CSULB already have access to all the ASTM and IEEE standards.
