Sara Lowe is Associate Librarian and Associate Dean of Educational Services at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Prior to that, she was Assessment Librarian at the Claremont Colleges Library. Sara has over 10 years of experience with assessment and instruction in academic libraries and was in the first cohort of the IMLS-funded Assessment in Action project. Brandy Whitlock is the Instruction Librarian at Anne Arundel Community College, located near Annapolis, Maryland. She's developed a variety of classes and workshops for undergraduates, including library instruction one-shots in every nearly every academic discipline and credit courses in student success, composition, creative writing, critical thinking, and information literacy. She's delivered presentations and workshops on teaching and assessing information literacy at regional, national, and international venues, like Innovations, LIW, LOEX, WILU, ACRL, and IFLA. The event will be held at the Anatol Center located in the Academic Services (AS) building.

Additionally, the AS building is labeled AS on the Campus Map.

1. Chicken Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, fresh garlic croutons and Caesar dressing, topped with grilled chicken breast. Served with a fresh baked cheese roll.
2. Grilled Veggie Wrap (Vegan): Roasted red peppers, eggplant, zucchini, carrots, spinach, daikon sprouts, poblano hummus spread in a flour tortilla and a side of balsamic reduction. Served with fresh fruit.
3. Quinoa Salad (Vegan): Mediterranean quinoa salad with cucumber, tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. Served with seasoned chickpeas, poblano hummus and ciabatta triangles.
4. Roast Beef & Cheddar Hero: Roast beef and cheddar with lettuce, tomatoes, crispy onions, and creamy horseradish on fresh baked hoagie, potato salad, fresh fruit & dessert.
5. Tangerine and Pecan Salad (Vegetarian): Mixed greens, goat cheese, pecans, tangerines, cranberries, and agave Dijon vinaigrette. Served with a fresh basked cheese roll.
6. Turkey, Avocado, & Swiss on a Large Cheese Roll: Roasted turkey, sliced avocado, and Swiss cheese with lettuce, tomato and Dijon mustard on fresh baked cheese roll. Served with potato salad, fresh fruit, and dessert.
