Company Information

Follow these steps to find company research reports in ABI/INFORM:

  • Step 1: Enter the name of a company in the first search box.
  • Step 2: Below the search fields, under 'Document Type', select 'Company Profile' then press the search button.
  • Step 3: Press the search button to generate a list of search results. The reports in your search results may have the same title but will be from different years.

Follow these steps to find company research reports in ABI/INFORM:

  • Step 1: Enter the name of a company in the first search box.
  • Step 2: Below the search fields, under 'Document Type', select 'Company Report' then press the search button.
  • Step 3: Press the search button to generate a list of search results. The reports in your search results may have the same title but will be from different years.

To find company information in IBISWorld, enter the name of a company in the search box and select the benchmarking report in the dropdown list that appears.

To find company information in Pitchbook, enter a company name in the 'Search Pitchbook' search box at the top of the landing page, press the search button, and select a company from list of search results. Select the 'Go to Full Profile' for a comprehensive overview.

To find company information in Mergent Online, enter a company name in the 'Company Search' box and select a company from the dropdown list that appears.

To find a company information in Statista, enter the name of a company in the search box and select a resource from the search results.

Follow these steps to build a company list in ReferenceUSA:

  • Step 1: For company lists, use the “U.S. Businesses” database and select ‘Advanced Search’ to access more specific search criteria.
  • Step 2: You can filter companies by various parameters such as location (state, city, zip code), business type (SIC/NAICS code), company size (number of employees, sales volume), and more.
  • Step 3: After applying your search filters, press the 'Search' button. The system will process your request and display a list of companies that meet your criteria. You can review brief details in the search result view or select a company to get more detailed information.
