OneSearch

Use OneSearch to find most everything the CSULB Library owns or has access to.  Begin by choosing Advanced Search below the OneSearch box

Use the Advanced Search screen to create a more detailed search

  1. Select the scope of your search
  2. Enter your keywords; AND is the default operator
  3. Sign in at the upper right corner
  4. Select search in the lower right corner

Select other types of searches from the top tool bar

1) Select the scope of your search from the ribbon across the top, 2) Enter your keywords; notice AND is the default operator, 3) Sign in on the upper right corner with your MyCSULB ID and password, 4) Click Search in the lower right corner.  Select other types of searches from the top of the page.

Change the type of search from "Any Field" to title, author, subject, etc.

You can change the default search from "Any Field" by selecting from the drop-down list.  For example, you can search by subject

Apply filters to narrow results.  For example choose from access options, resource type, publication date, subject, author/creator, journal title, location
